About the speaker:
Areet Narang Bastola is a Senior Counsellor and the founder of the Chaitanya Institute for Mental Health (CIMH), located in Budanilkantha.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, she is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation. Her work focuses on helping individuals build resilience and reconnect with their inner strength through evidence-based therapeutic approaches
